We are open in the rain: For your comfort, the batters boxes and the spectator areas are under roof. This means batters can swing out of the hot sun and out of the rain. Our pitching machines are the only ones in Richmond that are equipped with a drying system. 

Parents: Give your kids the batting practice they need to play their best. Bring them to Rockwood Golf Park, and bring the whole family. We have fun things for everyone to do.

Ball players and coaches: Batting practice is much more effective using our pitching machines. You get a lot more pitches, and you do not have to chase the balls down. If your ball games get canceled due to rain, remember, our pitching machines are equipped with dryers, so bring your team here for some batting practice and be ready for next weeks games.
