Golf Driving Range

If you are a golfer you will appreciate our golfer friendly features mentioned below. If you aren't golfer, you can still enjoy hitting range balls - its FUN!  No need to feel embarrassed. Try to hit the guy in the golf cart. Or, see which one of you can hit the farthest or see who can hit it closest to the hole. We use only premium range balls - Ever heard of a golf driving range that uses only brand name balls for range balls? That's all you get at Rockwood Golf Park. Lighted - We know you can't always make it to the range before dark, so we added lights and stay open late (check hours of operation for seasonal closing times).

Open All Year - It often is too cold to play golf during the winter, so we added heaters to the tea areas. Now you can hit balls in comfort all year long.

Covered and Heated - Rockwood has 25 covered tee stations that keep you out of the hot sun in the summer, dry when it rains, and warm in the winter.  Also, we just added fans to keep you cooler in the sun!  So when you can't get on the course, come get you golf fix by hitting a couple of buckets with us.

Target Greens - Some ranges make you hit into a flat field with yard markers.  Here at Rockwood, we have course-like target greens for more fun and better practice.  We are golfers too, so we know how annoying it can be when you do not know exactly how far you hit each shot.  We have measured from every green to every tee, so you know exactly how far you are hitting it.
